EXPERIENCE
I have been providing spiritual direction, both formally and informally, for many years. In 2018, I completed the Spiritual Direction Program at Providence Centre in Edmonton, AB, Canada. As a former teacher and adult educator, I have gained extensive experience as a group facilitator and workshop leader. Additionally, I have pursued graduate work in Theological Studies at the University of Waterloo and am a proud Spiritual Directors International (SDI) member.
In my practice as a spiritual director, I strive to create an inclusive, contemplative, and wise environment that nurtures others on their spiritual journey. Whether working with individuals or large groups, my listening and accepting nature remains at the forefront of all my interactions.
I am deeply committed to cultivating an atmosphere of inclusivity within my practice. I wholeheartedly welcome clients of all faiths, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations (LGBTQ2+). I truly believe that embracing diversity in all its forms enriches our collective experience and fosters more profound understanding and growth.

I enjoy working in group settings and have facilitated diverse gatherings throughout my years of experience in spiritual direction and other learning environments. Some examples of the activities I incorporate into these gatherings include journaling, storytelling, meditation, arts with spirituality, and contemplative prayer.
