Heather has been doing spiritual direction formally and informally for many years. In 2018 she completed the Spiritual Direction Program at Providence Centre in Edmonton, AB, Canada. As a former teacher and adult educator, she is an experienced group facilitator and workshop leader.  Heather has done graduate work in Theological Studies at the University of Waterloo. She is also a member of Spiritual Directors International (SDI).

Heather creates an inclusive, contemplative, and wise environment in which to nurture others on their spiritual journey.  Whether working with individuals or large groups, Heather's listening and accepting nature remains in the forefront of all her interactions.

Heather endeavours to cultivate an atmosphere of inclusivity in her practice. She is open to clients of all faiths, ethnicities, genders, and sexual  orientations. Diversity in all its forms are welcome.
